Jane Swan

Jane Swan is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s New York office and serves as Head of the US Wealth Management Practice.

She is recognized as a leader in talent management within the wealth management sector where her portfolio of work includes executive search, advisory, and organizational consulting. She has led C-suite and senior-level engagements for clients ranging from bank-owned wealth management firms; wirehouses; private banks; regional and independent broker dealers; custodians; RIAs; trust companies; and insurance broker dealers.

Jane has more than 20 years of executive search experience within the financial services industry and over the course of her career has led the Wealth Management Practices at a number of global executive search firms. 

Jane was educated at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada.
