Jeff Marsh

Jeff Marsh is Partner and Head of Service Delivery with Odgers Interim. Jeff leads client engagements, while also leading the service delivery function of the Odgers Interim Team.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was as a talent acquisition leader with a global talent service provider, where he led client engagements and delivery function to provide contingent talent solutions to clients. He has extensive experience leading searches across data science, finance, human resources, marketing, and strategic roles within the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Jeff began his career at the Art Gallery of Ontario where he managed the organizations talent strategy and talent acquisition functions.

Jeff holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Fine Art History and Philosophy from the University of Toronto and an HR Management Certificate from George Brown College.
