Joanne Agius is a Principal in the Toronto office and offers 20 years of global experience in Financial Services and Human Resources.

A past HR executive, Joanne has in-depth knowledge across a range of sectors and functions: banking, wealth management, pension plans/asset management, and technology, and brings the latest thinking in talent management to executive recruiting.

A seasoned HR Business Partner to senior business leaders, Joanne is a trusted advisor and coach having implemented complex talent programs and strategies to advance the needs of the business.  She has worked extensively across the talent cycle including recruitment, assessment, talent development, and succession planning, and has a keen ability to connect talent skills with organizational needs. Joanne is a transformation change leader and has overseen several large-scale transformation projects and culture change initiatives.
