Julia Diakivnych

Julia is Head of Research at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and specialises in Executive Search projects in Retail, Media, Alternative Energy sectors, as well as in Public Sector.

Julia has a successful track record in closing top-management positions in Financial, Legal, Commercial and Compliance functions.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine in 2016, Julia worked at a large international bank and was responsible for the coordination of internal documentation and assistance to the Supervisory and Management Board.

She has a Master’s degree in Philology and an international Hogan Assessment Certification.
