Kate McCormack leads the Leadership Advisory Practice in Ireland as the Head of Assessment and Development at Odgers Berndtson Ireland.

She holds an MSc in Psychology from Regent's University London, a PGDip in Behavioural Analysis from Trinity College Dublin, and an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology from Dublin City University.

Kate is a seasoned assessment professional with extensive experience working with C-suite executives and leaders across diverse industries. She specialises in designing and implementing comprehensive assessment solutions to identify and develop top talent. Her expertise in various assessment methodologies and her deep understanding of executive leadership assists her in supporting organisations' talent acquisition and development needs. She has successfully facilitated assessments for numerous high-profile C Suite searches, providing valuable insights to selection committees and helping them make informed decisions.

Kate began her career working in behavioral change, focusing on neurodivergent individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, both in public and private practice. She then transitioned to a talent solutions firm, where she supported global organizations in identifying and developing their top talent. Kate is a certified BPS Level A and B Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality, as well as Saville and Hogan assessments. She is a frequent contributor to thought leadership and lectures at the Royal College of Surgeons. She is passionate about women in leadership and is a member of the Odgers Berndtson Female Leaders Community where she helps to facilitate events and discussions on important topics for women in leadership roles. Additionally, she has contributed to research on Artificial Intelligence in the workplace.
