Kostyantyn Golovin

Konstantin is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine.

He is responsible for the development of IT & Digital, Telecom, and Education Practices, as well as business development and client relationship management across Central Asia and the Caucasus.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Konstantin worked as a consultant at an international executive search company.

Konstantin has more than 15 years of professional experience within the Executive Search, Recruitment, and Consulting areas, including an extensive record of working as a Head of Recruitment for an international recruiting company in Almaty.

Konstantin holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel. In addition to Ukrainian and Russian, he is fluent in Hebrew and English.
