Liudmyla Khoptiana

Liudmyla is a Consultant in HR Consulting Practice at Odgers Berndtson, specialising in Organisational Development and the Assessment and Development of leadership and teams. 

Prior, she worked in an Executive Search practice for 5 years, conducting search projects across various industries such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and the Public sector.  

Liudmyla has a master's in HR Management and Labour Economics from Kyiv National Economic University. She has Assessment Centres conducting Certification and is a Certified Thomas PPA Practioner.
