Michael Ludwig joined the Odgers Berndtson Vienna team as a Partner in July 2021.
He completes searches for management positions in various industries and serves national & international companies.
After a successful career as a top athlete (including European Champion in foil fencing), Michael Ludwig studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, specialising in human resources management and investment banking.
He started his career in personnel consulting with an international executive search company and one of the largest Austrian personnel consulting firms.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Michael Ludwig worked for more than 14 years as a senior consultant and authorised signatory in a renowned Austrian executive HR consulting company.
The focus of his activities at Odgers Berndtson are in the areas of Financial Services, Real Estate & Construction, Sports and Media as well as Health Care and Life Sciences.
