Rigbe Mengistu

Rigbe Mengistu is a Project Manager in Odgers Berndtson’s Leadership Advisory Practice.

She brings a decade of experience in talent acquisition, development, and management. 

Before her tenure at Odgers Berndtson, Rigbe honed her skills as an HR Specialist for the Los Angeles Unified School District. In this role, she significantly enhanced both employee productivity and the district’s processes by conducting interviewer training, developing and implementing a cloud-based data management tool, and organizing employment assessments for over 1,200 candidates. These experiences equipped her with a unique blend of practical leadership knowledge and strategic insight into assessments, making her an asset to the Leadership Advisory Practice.

Rigbe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School. Her academic background provides a solid foundation for her work, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application in the field of human resources and organizational development.

In her role at Odgers Berndtson, Rigbe applies her extensive experience and educational background to drive projects that shape the future of talent management.
