Samar Fatima

Samar joined Odgers Berndtson in May 2023 and is based in the New Delhi office.

She will be focusing on leadership hiring in the Industrial and Consumer sector. She brings on board six years of diverse experience in executive search. Until recently, she was working with a leadership search firm as a Senior Associate in the Industrial Practice.

She started her career with a boutique search firm catering to the Social Development Sector for almost two and a half years. She was also associated with another executive search firm for more than two years, handling the Social Impact, CSR, and Education practice. She was instrumental in executing key leadership searches with client engagement and business development as a part of her role.

Samar holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi.
