Siobhan Walsh brings over 30 years of executive search experience to her role as Partner at Odgers Berndtson Ireland. She leads the Research function in Ireland, ensuring the successful delivery of a wide range of international search mandates across diverse industries and functions.
Throughout her career, Siobhan has personally managed a multitude of senior-level searches. Her recent work spans sectors including banking/financial services, professional services, telecommunications, engineering and construction, real estate, and the public sector. She possesses a particular depth of knowledge in CEO and CFO appointments with significant expertise in Board and Non-Executive Director appointments.
Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Art and Italian from University College Dublin and joined Odgers Berndtson in 1991, quickly rising through the ranks to become Director of Research in 1998. Her leadership and expertise were recognised in 2014 with her promotion to Partner; she is a respected leader within the Executive Search Industry, having previously served as an External Examiner on the AESC Researcher Certification Programme.
