Felicity Kadi is a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Sub-Saharan Africa. Her core focus is on senior executive and board appointments within the Mining and Industrial, Consumer, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. She joined Odgers Berndtson South Africa as a Research Associate in the Cape Town office in 2012.

Felicity graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In addition, she obtained a National Certificate in IT & Small Business Management and a Parliamentary Millennium Project Certificate in Facilitation, Public Speaking and Conflict Management.
