Margaret Campbell

Margaret Campbell is Partner and Head of the Municipal and Public Sector Practice based in the Toronto office.

With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Margaret has led many successful senior level searches for clients in municipal government, and the public and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Margaret was the Director of Research and then Vice President, Executive Search for PricewaterhouseCoopers servicing in-house clients and developing her own client base. She works closely with committees, boards, administrators and key stakeholders to articulate the very essence of her clients’ culture.

Her clients include organizations in the public and not-for-profit sectors with a focus on Municipal Government. Margaret recruits executives across all functional areas including general administration, finance, corporate services, public works, transportation, land-use planning, economic development and human resources.
