Jason Coelho is a Senior Consultant with Odgers Interim as well as Professional Search – a service line by Odgers Berndtson Canada.
He specialises in identifying top talent for highly strategic interim and professional-level roles across all industries and functions. Jason brings extensive experience in executive interim search, having worked with a leading professional services firm on Director-level to C-Suite recruitment mandates throughout Canada and around the world.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson, in his roles at Hydro One and the Toronto Public Library, he led talent acquisition teams and oversaw complex transformation projects. Notably, he implemented an applicant tracking system (ATS) in a large, heavily unionised environment.
Jason is based in Toronto and is passionate about efficient, human-centric recruitment and selection strategies at all organisational levels. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
