Julia Robarts

Julia Robarts is Partner and Head of Odgers Berndtson’s Canadian Education Practice.

Known for her deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the education sector, she accompanies schools, colleges, and universities from coast to coast to fill their executive, academic, and other leadership positions. 

Julia is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and holds a Master of Science in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor. She serves as a director on the Board of Yonge Street Mission in Toronto.

Julia has over 18 years’ executive search experience, and has contributed to placing more than 300 of Canada’s most influential leaders in education, government, health care, and not-for-profits.
