Patrik Kvikant is a Partner in the Helsinki office of Odgers Berndtson where he specialises in the Industrial and Technology sectors and frequently serves other industries as well.
He is also the Chairman of the coatings solutions company Nor-maali Ltd.
He has extensive leadership consultancy and executive search experience having completed over three hundred top level assignments.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was a partner in another leading global executive search firm. Having joined the search industry in 1998, he was able to combine his great interest in organisational behaviour with his knowledge of the Finnish hi-tech sector. Patrik completed his formal education by receiving a PhD after which he co-founded a digital broadcasting solutions company.
