Alina Demchenko

Alina is an Executive Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine.

She is responsible for new client acquisition and relationship development with FMCG and retail companies. She also supports executive search projects for banking, education and other sectors. She has extensive experience of work with Financial, Commercial, and Marketing executives as well as General Managers.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine in 2021, she was working for 3 years at a recruitment agency and was responsible for the closing of Commercial and Marketing positions.

Alina has a master’s degree in media management and administration from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and an international Hogan Assessment Certification.
