Anna Kuzenkova

Prior to Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Anna worked as a Head of the Talent Acquisition Department at one of the largest banks in Ukraine. She was responsible for the recruitment and adaptation of personnel and, the implementation of procedures and processes. Moreover, she has experience at a leading international law firm as an HR Director and was responsible for recruiting senior managers, employer brand, and corporate culture coordination.  

Anna has completed the UCGA Board Direction program. She has international Hogan Assessment Certification and a master’s degree in Psychology.
