After completing two years of preparatory classes at Lycée Ampère in Lyon, Bastien joined Kedge Business School in Bordeaux in 2019 as part of the Grande École program.
Bastien joined Odgers Berndtson in January 2022. He is responsible for establishing a search strategy, convincing and attracting talent, and providing market insights in the fields of industry, luxury, and banking, all in close collaboration with the firm's consultants.
He is bilingual in French and English and has a strong command of Spanish.
