Carin Starcevic

Carin Starcevic is a Principal at Odgers Berndtson, working with the firm’s US Corporate Affairs Practice.

Carin has almost ten years' experience in executive search across a variety of industries with a full view of end-to-end search strategy, execution, and business development. Carin started her career in political fundraising before moving on to consulting in healthcare.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked for a prominent global search firm, focusing primarily in the Higher Education, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors where she developed a strong track record of successful search execution and growing thoughtful strategy on key accounts. Upon moving to Odgers Berndtson, Carin transitioned to a dedicated role in corporate affairs, developing expertise in government affairs and policy, while expanding her professional network and leading successful C-suite candidate searches.

Carin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University. Carin has three boys and lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with her husband.
