Gerri Woodford

Gerri Woodford is Partner and Co-Head of the Academic Practice, based in the Toronto office.

With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Gerri has led many successful searches for universities and colleges across Canada.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Gerri worked at a boutique search firm specialising in recruitment for universities, colleges and social service organisations. She also worked in higher education at Memorial University of Newfoundland, York University, and the Council of Ontario Universities. Gerri brings a balanced perspective to every assignment, having worked from both the client and the consultant sides. She sees herself as an ambassador for both clients and candidates, by ensuring they make the best decisions for their future.

Gerri holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from Memorial University and a Master of Education in Higher Education from the University of Toronto.
