Jennifer Duke

Jennifer Duke supports the Board practice in its Chair and Non-executive Director mandates working across the private sector.

Joining Odgers Berndtson London office in 2000, she initially worked within the Retail and Consumer practice handling senior management searches before moving to the Board practice in 2007.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Jennifer worked for another recruitment firm rising to Managing Consultant in her five years there. Her early career was with a leading fmcg business in sales and marketing. She is a graduate in Law & Economics from the University of Wales Aberystwyth.
