Swannie Teboul

Swannie began her career as a Human Resources Director for innovative SMEs in the Fashion and Hospitality sectors, where she played a pivotal role in transforming these organisations.

Leveraging this experience, Swannie embarked on a successful entrepreneurial venture in the fashion industry. For nearly a decade, she has specialised in executive search, focusing on senior leadership roles. Swannie collaborates with top-tier companies in fashion, luxury, and hospitality, supporting their strategic recruitment needs. In 2024, she joined Odgers Berndtson as a Partner, bringing her expertise to the forefront of these industries.

Swannie’s approach is unique in her ability to not only identify top talent but also to find individuals who can align seamlessly with a company’s culture and complex matrix environments.

She holds a DESS in Labour Law from Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IGS.
