Collin MacLeod

Collin MacLeod is Partner and Head of the Healthcare Practice at Odgers Berndtson.

A trusted advisor and seasoned executive search professional, Collin brings 15 years of expertise within the broader public sector, with a specialization in healthcare. He has led many successful senior-level searches for Canada’s leading healthcare institutions.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Collin was a Partner in executive search at a leading global human capital management firm. He was responsible for helping to build the firm’s public sector practice, while playing a lead role in recruiting top talent for clinical operations and leadership mandates in the healthcare sector. He also worked closely with clients to provide critical leadership services, including assessment, coaching and onboarding support. Prior to that, he worked as a search professional at two other recruitment firms where he focused on healthcare and education.

Collin holds an Honours Political Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a former President of the University’s Alumni Associations’ Toronto Chapter.
