Fingerprints recognised the market was shifting towards software solutions, meaning the business had to pivot their products and geographic focus to achieve their ambitious business objectives. This in turn led to the company looking to add more international expertise to their board and appoint a new Chief Executive.
Collaborating closely to fill both the non-executive and CEO roles, our teams in London and Stockholm came together to find candidates that met Fingerprints’ specific requirements. Listed on the Swedish Nasdaq, Fingerprints required the non-executive appointment to have both listed board experience as well as broad international pedigree.
The CEO needed to be transformational and understand how to move Fingerprints from infrastructure products to cloud-based solutions which was critical for the organisation’s long-term growth strategy. These searches were pan-EMEA and we explored leaders across a wide range of deep-tech sectors.
