Diana Kovalova

Diana is a Researcher with Odgers Berndtson Australia and provides research support for executive searches across financial services, professional services, industrial, technology and functional practices.

Before settling in Australia, Diana joined the Odgers Berndtson Ukraine business in 2020 and specialised in legal, banking, mining, oil & gas and IT practices across Eastern Europe.

Earlier in her career, she was a Junior Specialist for Ernst & Young Ukraine’s People Advisory Services. Diana holds a Master’s Degree in Law and served as a Legal Secretary for a top-tier law firm in Ukraine.
