Eloise Moodie is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Leadership Advisory Practice, located in Calgary.

Eloise leverages her deep experience in leadership assessment, coaching, and team effectiveness to seamlessly work with organisations as they identify executive potential, develop more resilient leaders, and maximise the impact of their C-suite.

Eloise received her master’s degree from Western University in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Calgary. She earned her Organisational Coaching Certificate from the University of British Columbia and is an ICF Certified Executive Coach.
