Flemming Riber

Flemming Riber is a partner at the Copenhagen office, specialising in Executive Search for Industry, Transportation & Logistics, Services, and Digital Services.

At Odgers Berndtson, Flemming brings over 20 years of experience as a Managing Partner in Executive Search, with a focus on Industry and Services. He also brings experience from leadership roles in international industrial companies within the metal and chemical sectors, including positions at Hempel and Boliden.

Flemming advises and evaluates both boards and executive management. He has gained a broad cultural understanding from international assignments, as well as through several active board roles. Most recently, he has been involved in the operations and development of the Danish lifestyle brand LIEWOOD.

Flemming holds an MBA, supplemented with courses from Harvard Business School, and is certified in various test and assessment systems. Additionally, he serves as an external instructor for board education.
