Freddie Dennis

Freddie is Partner and Head of our Schools Practice based in London.

Freddie has experience of leading senior leadership searches for a wide range of independent, state-maintained and international schools. Before joining Odgers Berndtson he spent nine years in the British Army where he served as an Officer in The Royal Gurkha Rifles.

Freddie graduated from Queen Mary, University of London, with a BA in Modern History and also has an MA in South East Asian Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies. He is an HMC Governor of Lancing College in Sussex.
