In our latest episode: Colin Sims, CEO of adthera bio.

Discussing the formation of adthera, Colin explained the intention from the outset of creating an innovative service business, which was digital first, and thus able to be totally transparent, with real time capability for partners to join their work activities virtually. Creating adthera required the best industry talent and a business purpose to attract the talent, which was then built into an innovative shared vision and collective set of goals.

Colin outlined that the people of adthera fulfil three key areas: authenticity to bring their best selves to work and for the purpose of delivering more cell therapies to more patients; agility and willingness to explore new learnings and approaches; and the appetite to continuously push and improve the service we provide.
