Anthony Batchelor is Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at Odgers Berndtson Canada.
He leads the integrated commercial strategy for the firm, while also heading up the Technology and Professional Services industry practices. Anthony specializes in recruiting senior executives and board directors in the technology, professional services and private equity sectors, working with large global companies and small to mid-sized, high-growth organizations.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Anthony held senior business development and leadership positions with Ernst & Young LLP, IBM, KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint LLP and Oracle.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Public Administration from Ryerson University, a Master of Laws (Innovation, Law & Technology) from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Arts (Organizational Leadership) from the University of Guelph. Additionally, Anthony holds the Certified Management Consultant designation and has attended executive education programs at INSEAD (Certificate in Digital Technology) and Harvard Business School (Leading Professional Services Firms).
Anthony served for three terms on the Americas Board of Directors for The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global body that sets the standards for executive search and leadership consulting. He now works with the organization on an advisory basis.
