He specialises in software & cloud services, data analytics & AI and has a particular affinity for fintech.
Barry has helped create and mentor high performing leadership teams and is passionate about partnering with organisations to find the right people that will drive their businesses growth.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Barry spent over 20 years operating in international markets across EMEA, APAC and the US. His early career was spent with Microsoft before leading a number of early-stage and scaling tech companies in the cloud computing and data analytics arenas holding roles such as CEO, COO and Chief Data Officer and has a deep understanding of the leadership skills required for successful technology organisations.
Barry holds a BSc in Computer Science and a diploma in Applied Project Management and is a member of the Enterprise Ireland Mentor Network.
