Bernhard Dedenbach

Bernhard is the Partner in charge of Financial Services at Odgers Berndtson Luxembourg.

He focuses on senior executive and board positions within Fund Administration, Payments Services, Wealth, and Asset Management, Neobanks, and Cryptocurrencies.

With over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment, Bernhard is a recognised expert in Executive and Board Evaluation and Compensation. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, he led the Luxembourg office of Korn/Ferry for over a decade and held leadership roles in the European and global financial services practices. He later founded his executive search firm and international consulting network.

Bernhard is a founding member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) and an Honorary Consul of the Bahamas in Luxembourg. He holds a Master’s Degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Bonn and is fluent in Luxembourgish, German, English, French, and Italian.
