Charles is an experienced Executive Coach and the leader of executive and team coaching as part of the leadership advisory team at Odgers Berndtson.

Charles has over 20 years' of experience in Executive Search, working within the Global Technology space. In parallel to this, he has a well-developed Organisational Coaching background. He has partnered with C-suite and other senior leaders on high-performance leadership, professional development, and professional/personal growth issues. 

Charles' style focuses on the whole person, inspiring a transformational self-discovery for leaders to overcome self-limiting beliefs and perform at their best. Charles uses a combination of tools from positive psychology, strengths-based leadership and organisational coaching.
