Charlie is a Partner in the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson in London and Head of Insurance in the UK.
Charlie is responsible for delivering the firm’s full range of services to the insurance industry across general insurance, life and pensions, the London market, broking and reinsurance.
He has over 25 years search experience working across financial services in insurance, banking and capital markets. He has led and executed mandates for board and other senior management positions including CEOs, CFOs and COOs, heads of business lines and geographies as well as Chair and NEDs appointments. Charlie graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA(Hons) in History.
