Constance is a Consultant in the Schools Practice, based in London.
Since joining Odgers Berndtson, she has worked on a variety of searches with schools in the UK and internationally. Previously, Constance worked for the Royal Collection Trust at Buckingham Palace.
She graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in History.
