Gabriele leads the consumer practice in Germany.
She advises family owned as well as global enterprises in the FMCG industry.
In the consumer goods industry and in retail Gabriele fills positions at senior management and board levels, focussing on marketing, sales, human resources and finance functions. She supports clients in hiring female executives for executives and non-executives positions. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Gabriele worked in sales and distribution at Kaufhof for several years.
Gabriele holds an degree in Business Administration from the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt.
