Krutika Hotwani is a Senior Consultant in Odgers Berndtson's Education Practice, based in the Toronto office.
Her expertise lies in sourcing and recruiting of candidates into senior academic administrative roles within post-secondary institutions across Canada. She has also worked with the firm’s Leadership Practice to assess executives’ leadership potential for selection and development and has been a key contributor to the CEOx1Day program.
Krutika previously worked at Odgers Berndtson in Dubai as an Associate, recruiting C-level executives for higher education and healthcare clients, spanning the Middle East region. Prior to this, she worked at multiple human capital consulting firms in the UK and UAE.
Krutika holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Leeds, UK. She is also certified in the Hogan Assessments suite of personality assessment tools, 15FQ+ and the British Psychological Society’s Occupational Ability and Personality assessments.
