Including President / VC, Provost, DVC, portfolio PVC, faculty PVC / Dean, CFO, COO and CPO – and on Chair and Board Members searches. He brings significant experience at the interface of academia, industry and government, including for research councils, RTOs and TTOs. In addition, Richard leads a significant portfolio of work in commercial education, including CEOs and non-executives for international pathway and ELT providers, private universities, and training and EdTech businesses. He has led C-suite searches for several PE-backed companies.
Richard was a founder member of the Next Generation Council – an Odgers Berndtson initiative to engage a wide range of employees across the business and give them a voice. Richard has worked in executive search since 2008. Earlier in his career he ran a translation agency in Munich. He holds an MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
