Russell Boyle is a Partner of the U.S. Financial Officers Practice, a member of the Financial Services and Board Practices, and is based in the New York office.
With almost three decades of recruiting and leadership consulting experience, Russell is an industry leader in CFO, senior management, and board recruiting, and leadership assessment.
Before joining Odgers in 2018, he was a Managing Director at a boutique firm focusing on the retail sector, and a Senior Partner at Egon Zehnder where he founded and led the U.S. Financial Officers Practice and co-founded the Global CFO Practice. During his 22-years with Egon Zehnder, Russell was a core member of the firm’s global industrial, private equity, CFO, and financial services practices. Before beginning his search career, Russell held positions in corporate finance and development at WPP Group/Ogilvy & Mather, Citigroup Inc., First Chicago, and Pencom Systems.
Russell holds an MBA (finance concentration) from Harvard Business School and an AB from Princeton University.
