Emilia Billett

Emilia is an Associate in the Global and UK Not-for-Profit practices, based in London, she handles senior executive and non-executive appointments. 

Her work focuses exclusively on impact-driven organisations building more sustainable, equitable societies. She is a member of Odgers Berndtson’s Diversity & Inclusion Research Working Group, which leads on best practices for fully inclusive searches, and also sits on Odgers' Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Steering Group. 

Prior to her time at Odgers, Emilia worked with a government affairs boutique search firm, and handled projects across the education, industrial, and retail sectors. She has previously worked in U.S. Congressional offices and higher education before her career in executive search. She holds a research MSc in Public Policy from the University College London.
