Théo Gaultier

Théo Gaultier is a Principal in the Cape Town office of Odgers Berndtson specialising in the Industrial sector.

Théo has worked in the executive search industry both locally and internationally for more than twelve years.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Théo worked for a leading global executive search firm undertaking assignments in the Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. He specialised in appointing international c-suite talent and has made a significant contribution to the Employment Equity and Transformation objectives of his clients.

Théo is fluent in English, French and German and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Management from Bond University. Théo also holds IT Certifications from Microsoft.
