Bo Eske Nielsen is an equity partner at Odgers Berndtson’s Copenhagen office.
He deals with executive search and board recruitment, especially within the industrial area, scientific research, defense, green transition, IT, digitalisation and state-owned companies as well as within the public sector. In addition, Bo has extensive experience in leadership development and assessment tasks.
Prior to his career at Odgers Berndtson, Bo has been a partner in another major international executive search organisation. Before this, Bo held key positions in several major companies at top management level and has significant experience within construction and civil engineering, major infrastructure projects, industry, research as well as the agricultural and food area.
Bo holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and has completed management courses at the Royal Danish Defence College as well as INSEAD.
