Margaret Vanwyck

Margaret is a National Director, Search Delivery for Odgers Berndtson, based in Toronto.

She has more than 20 years of executive search experience in both the private and public sectors. Margaret co-leads the Canadian consulting and research team and is responsible for ensuring national best practices in the area of search delivery.

Margaret joined Odgers Berndtson in 2006 and specializes in CIO, CTO and senior level technology searches across a range of industries. She began her career in executive search with a boutique firm in Toronto focusing on senior level searches in telecommunications. In 2000, she joined another boutique firm as a Senior Consultant.

Margaret holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is certified in Hogan Assessments.
