Carol Njuguna joined Odgers Berndtson Middle East in 2023 as a Project Manager within the Leadership & Advisory Practice and is based in Dubai. She has worked in the region for over 10 years and has extensive expertise in the end-to-end operations processes supporting the delivery and implementation of our development and selection assessments, leadership development, and training projects and programmes for new and experienced executives.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Carol worked with other global Advisory and Consultancy organisations.

Carol is passionate about contributing to the growth, development and success of executives, as well as establishing relationships with all stakeholders.
