Lamis is a Senior Researcher at Odgers Berndtson Middle East office, specializing in the recruitment of C-suite executives and Non-Executive Directors. Lamis brings extensive experience in Industrial, Aerospace, Education, Media, and Entertainment sectors. She oversees the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Lamis has successfully placed numerous senior executives in tier one organisations across the MENA region.

Previously, Lamis served as a Research and Programming Assistant at the University of Northern Iowa, where she conducted data analysis, supported research projects, and developed programs to assist international students.

She holds an MA in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of Norther Iowa where she joined as a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship. She is from Algeria and is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
