Liudmyla Khoptiana

Liudmyla is a Consultant in HR Consulting Practice at Odgers Berndtson.

She specialises in Organisational Development and the Assessment and Development of leadership and teams. 

Prior, she worked in an Executive Search practice for 5 years, conducting search projects across various industries such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Public sector. 

Liudmyal has master's degree in HR Management and Labour Economics from Kyiv National Economic Univeristy and holds a diploma from the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has Assessment Centres conducting Certification and is a Certified Thomas PPA Practioner.
