Merete Soeby is an experienced leader with 20+ years of experience in the IT industry.

Merete held several high-profile roles, most recently as EVP at KMD, where she was responsible for five acquired software companies, and prior to this, she was CEO for Hitachi in Denmark during 12 years.

She has worked across a wide range of business areas, particularly IT and technology, where she has led digital transformation and developed data-driven solutions. Additionally, she has experience from the industries like shipping and logistics, health and safety, as well as energy and utilities.

Merete is known for driving growth and building high-performing teams.

Since 2005, she has worked as professional board member and chair, primarily for Private Equity and stock listed companies.
