Patrick Schild

Patrick D. Schild joined Odgers Berndtson in 2005 as a member of the Industrial and Financial Services Practices.

He recruits senior executives and specialists for domestic and international search mandates.

Since 07/2017 he acts as Senior Advisor.

Patrick is a fully qualified lawyer with additional post-graduate qualifications earned at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. He has been working with major financial institutions for almost 25 years, both in Germany and abroad, holding leading management positions in London, Paris and Hong Kong. He gained experience in management consulting working for an international strategy consultant and for a major HR consulting firm.
