Roberta Chow

Roberta Chow is Partner and Head of the CPG/Retail & Cannabis Practice.

Based in Toronto, she brings over 25 years of search experience in a wide range of industries to her clients.

Roberta began her career with an international provider of executive search services. Starting as an Associate, she was promoted to Principal and served in this role until 2004. Thereafter, she joined a global human resources consulting firm as Associate Vice President, where she was an integral member of the team that launched the firm’s executive search division.

Since joining Odgers Berndtson in 2007, Roberta has focused on building Odgers Berndtson’s Consumer & Retail Practice. While currently leading the Practice nationally, Roberta works closely with her clients to find outstanding talent for their organizations. More recently, she has been assisting early/mid-stage cannabis organizations fill their executive positions to ensure their ongoing growth and success.

Roberta holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.
